Everything was very good, including genuinely helpful staff during check-out to a different receptionist. The location was peaceful and in front of a bus station. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Lehen district. We asked for double room and it was a nice size with a mountain view.

This place is centrally located and is an excellent spot for exploring the area.

Balance of price and quality was ok.

There were so many flies in the room, though window was not opened...

This quiet place provides a wonderful stay with a great location next to a bus stop for easy access.

The breakfast was large, we would stay here again. The hotel was perfectly clean and had especially helpful staff during check-out. Location: the venue was really close to Salzburg for a show at Messe, the restaurant and centre and railway station- tickets. Café Schweiger Deli located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

Staff was extremely helpful, its not a long bus ride to city center, room was nicely decorated.

The rooms are spacious and impressive with bathrooms and fridges, providing a peaceful atmosphere.

We were provided with a spacious double room equipped with air conditioning, in a peaceful spot near the exhibition center, everything was excellent here.

The breakfast was rich and fresh but we had to pay 12E/person/day for it.

The hotel might have been a 4* hotel 20 years ago. Alas the prices range in that category. Since then, no improvement has been made. The furniture and appliances are aged, the flooring is very scorched and the bathroom accessories in our case were broken (they were not fixed not even after mentioning it to the concierge). The towels look very thin and aged too. The personnel comments and mumbles in their language if tourists bring problems to their attention. The hotel is several hundred yards from the autobahn. You have to travel by bus approx. 20-25 min. to the town center. We will definitely avoid this hotel in the future.

Close to the highway, lots of parking spaces, next to the bus stop.

The reception could sell bus tickets for going to the city.

We had a dramatic experience as the bathroom was broken, there was no telephone in the room, and upon arrival (6pm) from a long trip they did not have our reservation and the hotel was full. So it took them some hours to find a room for us. We could not have shower for 3 days, and mentioning this to the cleaner and the reception for 2 times, we just saw how surprised they were, but no action was taken! Do not ruin your time in Salzburg by staying in this hotel!
